Our team carefully reviews applications to ensure readiness, commitment, and alignment with our mission. Priority is given to communities with the greatest literacy needs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n- Onboarding & Training<\/strong>
Selected participants receive orientation and training tailored to their role\u2014whether it\u2019s instructional strategies for teachers, engagement tools for parents, or program guidelines for volunteers and vendors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n- Program Implementation<\/strong>
Participants begin active involvement in literacy programs, including reading clubs, classroom support, book distribution, and community literacy events.<\/li>\n\n\n\n- Ongoing Support & Evaluation<\/strong>
